Successful community development rarely takes place around one single initiative, but as a result of thoughtful choreography between multiple forces that, together, enable economic, creative, cultural and social opportunities to flourish. We looked at two sectors that are central to our quality of life in Maine - culture and outdoor recreation - which, together, can enrich community projects in a way that far exceeds the sum of their parts.
